What are check in and check out times?

Check in time is from 2pm check out midday. We are happy to store any luggage for you. Our reception desk is open 24 hours per day.

Do you have family rooms?

Yes, we do have family rooms and are able to provide a cot or an extra bed in the room if requested at the time of booking. Please note, children under 12 can share an adult room for free.

How many adults can share a twin room?

We allow a maximum of two adults in a twin-bedded room. 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you have booked the Best Available Flex Rate you can cancel anytime up to 2pm on the day of arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first night’s stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms, and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes, we offer a range of facilities for guests. Please contact our friendly customer care team for more detail 0117 968 9900.

Is the hotel dog friendly?

Only guide dogs are permitted.

Does the hotel have a carpark?

Yes, we have around 90 spaces and is located at the back of the hotel. Car parking is charged at £2.50 per hour of £15.00 for overnight parking.

Can guests use the leisure facilities?

The leisure facilities are only available for residents staying at the hotel and time slots need to be booked at reception on check in.

Does the hotel have a spa?

No, I'm afraid we don't have a spa.

Does your gym accept outside members?

No, I'm afraid you will need to be a member to use our gym.

Can the hotel arrange transport to the Airport and wider city?

Yes, our reception team can organise transport via our local taxi company, additional charges will apply.

Does the hotel accept the Bristol Pound?

The Bristol Pound is a community currency that was introduced to encourage people to spend their money with local, independent businesses. unfortunately we don't accept this at the hotel.
